PixCraft Studio
Privacy Policy
How PixCraft Studio handles the information you share through this website.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
About this policy
This policy explains how PixCraft Studio (“PixCraft”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, pixcraftstudio.com. It describes what the website actually collects today, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you send a project enquiry
The Start a Project form asks for:
- your name and email address (required);
- the services you are interested in (required);
- optionally, your business or company name, phone or WhatsApp number, current website, a description of your business, your goals, an approximate budget range, when you would like to start and how you heard about PixCraft;
- your confirmation that we may contact you about the enquiry.
When the form is sent, the website also records basic technical details with the submission: your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string and the page the form was sent from. These help us recognise spam and abuse.
When you email us
If you write to one of our email addresses, we receive your email address, your name if it is included, and whatever you choose to put in your message.
When you browse the website
Like most websites, the servers that host this site keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, the page requested, date and time, and browser type) to operate the service and keep it secure.
Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as health or financial account details, in the enquiry form. We do not need it to respond.
How we use your information
We use the information you share to:
- read, review and reply to your enquiry or email;
- discuss your project, prepare a recommendation or proposal, and follow up on it;
- keep a record of enquiries and our correspondence;
- protect the website and the form against spam, misuse and security issues.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list because you sent an enquiry.
How form submissions are handled
Each enquiry is saved in the website’s database, in an area that only people who manage the website can access, so that enquiries are not lost. A copy of the enquiry is also sent by email to the inbox PixCraft uses to receive project enquiries, so we can reply to you.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the website and handle email, for example providers of website hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, and security and performance services. They process information only as needed to provide those services to us.
Some of these providers may store or process information in countries other than the one you live in.
Cookies and similar technologies
At present this website does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies, and it does not set cookies for ordinary visitors. It does not load scripts from third-party services.
People who sign in to manage the website receive the cookies needed for that. Visitors do not.
If we add analytics or other tracking in future, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, for example while we are discussing a project and for a reasonable period afterwards to keep a record of our correspondence. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous. We review stored enquiries periodically.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share, including restricting access to stored enquiries and using a secure (HTTPS) connection for the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your information, where we do not need to keep it;
- stop contacting you about your enquiry.
Depending on where you live, data-protection laws may give you additional rights. We will respond to requests in line with the law that applies.
How to make a request
Email privacy@pixcraftstudio.com and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

This website is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

This website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies.
